"For I knoew the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "planst to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
Hm, it's been a while since my last update. What can I say? Nothing worth writing about, really. Well my August calender has proven to be more filled than the rest of my summer. The beginning of August (the fifth-the twelfth, to be exact) was spent the Outer Banks, North Carolina living the life of the rich. Here's a link to see the house I shared with six other families:

It was even better in real life. Anyhow, I know, six families, but it wasn't crowded at all. I even had the luxury of a pina colada/strawberry daquiri mix nearly everyday (delicious, btw). The beach is practically in the backyard, once you get past the pool, jacuzzi, cabana, and sun roof, so shoes were practically forgotten. Even beds could be forgotten since the reclining chairs in the theater room were easily sleepable.

Moving, on on Tuesday is my friend, Em's, shindig (party) with a pool and sleepover involved. Then, of course, Thursday is MY BiRTHDAY! Only five days until then. Of course, my orientation (ugh) is the same day. But oh well, c'est la vie. Then of course school starts the twenty-eighth. Oy, only sixteen days left of summer. Hmm... let's see... Well, I suppose I should mention swimming is over, and has been. I didn't place in anything that got on tv (oh well, next summer), but my relay teams did place third in both medly and free. My IM, of course, was terrible since I hardly paid attention to it this summer. I think I placed... fourth? Fourth of fifth and the same goes for my butterfly. Um, in other news my friend Elise and I plan on doing a sprint triathlon next summer, so my training for that starts. Plus my coaches think I should start strength training, so the gym will be a second home this year. And I promise I will workout and not slack off.
